Certified repair according to § 54/55 MessEV
As a recognized repairer in accordance with § 54 and § 55 of the German Measurement and Verification Ordinance (MessEV), we are authorized to leave your scales in operation after a repair in a legally compliant manner – until the next verification. Our marking ensures transparency and legal certainty, regardless of whether your scales are located in a company in Oberhausen or in a laboratory in Bonn. The authorization applies nationwide – however, our area of operation focuses specifically on the needs of industry in NRW.
Quality management according to ISO 9000ff – for over 20 years
Our company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9000ff for almost two decades. This quality management system obliges us to regularly check your measuring equipment – and to comprehensively document the results. Our test reports are fully auditable and support you with internal and external quality certificates.
Our technicians work with certified, traceable test weights – in all common accuracy classes (E, F, M). We offer fair and transparent flat-rate prices, especially for companies with maintenance contracts. This means that your quality assurance can be planned – without surprises.
DAkkS calibration – standard-compliant, traceable, internationally recognized
We have been associated with the renowned DAkkS calibration laboratory KERN (D-K-19408-01-00) as a calibration partner since 2006. Our specially trained employees are authorized to carry out DAkkS calibrations on non-automatic electronic scales – on site or at our premises.
The calibrations document the complete traceability to the national standard and meet the requirements of every normative quality assurance system – from ISO 9001 to industry-specific QM systems. And since DAkkS calibration certificates are valid worldwide, you can also meet international requirements with a regional partner.
Extended calibration services – beyond scales
Not all measuring devices are scales – and we offer solutions here too. Together with specialized partners, we calibrate electrical, physical, chemical and mechanical quantities – manufacturer-independent and precisely tailored to your needs. Our concepts are modular and flexible – ideal for manufacturing companies, laboratories and service providers in the Rhine-Ruhr region.
Safety for electrical appliances – Testing according to DIN VDE 0701-0702
We also take care of the safety of your electrical appliances. After repairs or modifications, we carry out tests in accordance with DIN VDE 0701-0702:2008-06 (BGV A3) – another important component of your operational safety. Repeat tests are also part of our service portfolio.
